Very Royal Designs is exclusive jewelry, therefore it cannot be returned except for shortages or damage during delivery. Returns must be initiated within 35 days from the purchase date by notifying us via the respective function of the Site or App. Returns may only be made using an authorized return number. Without this authorized return number, returns will be denied and returned to customer. At our discretion, we will either replace the item that was damaged or lost during shipment or we will reimburse you the purchase price and shipping cost paid (provided that the shipping cost did not include other items that were delivered without damage). The refund will be credited either to your Wallet associated with your User Account or your original method of payment at your election. If you choose a Wallet credit, you will not be able to redeem the Wallet credit for cash, except as required under applicable law.
How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 35 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 35 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
You are responsible for all return shipping cost except for returns due to shortage or damage during delivery.
How Do I Make A Return?
1. You can initiate a return by either clicking here or by emailing veryroyaldesign@gmail.com
2. Once we receive your request, you will receive an authorized return number to use for your return.
3. Mail according to instructions.
4. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package.
5. Mail out the return package to a postal service of choice. Your package must be postmarked within 35 days from the purchase date.
6. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 items to be returned, please do not mix them up.

Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, accessories, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
3. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return without an authorized return number. Your return will be denied and package rejected.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your VRD Wallet, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable unless due to shortage or damage during delivery.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after your purchase date.
